On Saturday, June 14, we bring the Smartass energy right to the lakeside at SIRKA.
Two top workouts, sunset, sparkling wine and an atmosphere you'll remember.

The day's program:
15:00 Functional training - pumping up endurance, strength and mood
17:00 Yoga - restoring balance, flexibility and peace

And after - sunset chill with sparkling wine and snacks for all participants. Just sit back and relax.

What you need to know:

- Don't be late! After the start, we won't be able to let you in to the workout. You can get injured if you don't stretch and warm up.
- We've taken care of the water. You don't need to bring it with you.
- We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you're full of energy and can beat everyone in the workout.
- During the workout, our trainers take photos so that you can be proud of yourself later. Because if you don't take a photo or video of the workout, then consider that you weren't there :)

If you don't want the trainer to take photos or tag you in the stories, please let him know in advance.

- You can cancel your class registration without losing it 6 hours before the start or earlier.
Caution: if the workout was canceled later than 6 hours, it will not be returned to the balance.
Classes that start between 7am and 9am can be cancelled without penalty until 10pm the previous day.

It's more than a workout. It's your summer ritual.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

If this is your first time at a training session, you should definitely arrive 15 minutes before the start to get a briefing.
Be sure to bring a water bottle with you. In our dressing room you will be able to collect delicious filtered drinking water.
Don't be late! After the start of training, we do not let you into the gym. You can be injured if you don't stretch and warm up. And it would be unfair to disturb the atmosphere of the class set up by the coach.
We have free boxing gloves. You also need to have your own inner gloves or buy them at the reception.
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack to keep you energized and beat everyone in your workout.
In the changing room you can borrow a free small face towel.
During the workout, our trainers take stories so that you can be proud of yourself afterwards. Because if you didn’t take a photo or video at a workout, then consider that you weren’t there   😁

If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
You can cancel registration for a class without losing it 6 hours before the start or earlier.

Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
