Smartass Run
We start with a warm-up – light jogging combined with dynamic exercises, followed by the main workout tailored to the training theme. We finish with a cool-down jog to help the body recover.
During the session, there will also be time for questions and individual tips from the coach – because we know everyone runs differently.
❗️IMPORTANT:
Suitable for all levels of training.
Training time: 60 minutes
Distance: 6-10km (adjusted to the ability of the group)
Start: Smartass Warsaw club
Finish: Smartass Warsaw club
(provided locker rooms, showers, drinking water, etc.)
You can take 0.5 liters of water and a baseball cap for training on hot days.
We start on time, come 15 minutes before time if you are a first timer or have questions for the trainer.

Ако не искате треньора да ви снима или отбелязва в сторис, моля уведомете го предварително.
Внимание! Ако отмениш тренировката за по-малко от 6 часа преди началото й, тя не се запазва в баланса ти.
Тренировките, които започват в периода от 7:00 - 9:00 могат да се отменят без да ги изгубиш, само до 22:00 предишния ден.
