Full body workout in the gym: from legs to shoulders. Perfect for those who want to make the maximum in 60 minutes and engage all major muscle groups! The workout involves using both machines and free weights. At the end, we will do a core workout and a cool down. You'll train in a positive environment under the guidance of our experienced trainer. It's almost like a personal training session, but more interesting. After the workout, don't forget to check the schedule and sign up for classes focused on other muscle groups to work your entire body throughout the week. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Cardio & Stuff
An intense cardio workout featuring a bike, a rowing machine, a ski machine, an inertial treadmill, and all your endurance. The machines will help you burn up to 500 (!!!) calories per workout, and the trainer's supervision will improve your exercise technique. Each workout ends with a cool down. You'll train in a positive environment under the guidance of our experienced trainer. It's almost like a personal training session, but more fun. Functional training in the gym using a variety of equipment to increase endurance and actively burn calories. Sandbags, tires, hurdles, ropes, water bags, medicine balls, cardio machines, and more! You'll train in a positive company under the guidance of our experienced trainer. It's almost like a personal training session, but more fun. Funky team
Funky Team is a unique functional workout in the gym where trainers (and this is WOW) work out with you! It's a class in the gym that uses a variety of equipment to increase endurance and actively burn calories. Sandbags, tires, barriers, ropes, water bags, medicine balls, cardio machines and more! Only interesting exercises and an energetic company of trainers. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Sexy ABS
Sexy ABS: Your abs have never experienced such pumping. Why is this important? A strong abs is not only a beautiful posture but also a stable spine and less back pain. Plus, you’ll feel confident in every movement. Cardio blocks + deep core exercises – this explosive combination will make your muscles work to the max. What’s waiting for you: • TRX straps, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises – for variety and maximum effectiveness. • Cardio exercises that will make your heart beat to the rhythm of the music. Get ready, your abs will “wake up” within the first few minutes!
Barre TRX
These workouts combine popular barre and TRX bands. Barre combines ballet, fitness, and pilates. You’ll do full-body workouts without jumping and running. However, you’ll work out all muscle groups, including the smaller ones that lie under the bigger ones, thanks to special exercises. Smaller muscles are the most difficult to activate, but they help shape graceful arms—like those of ballerinas—and toned slender hips. We enriched the barre elements by adding more balancing exercises thanks to TRX bands. You can now adjust your difficulty level just by changing the angle.
Level 20: Functional
A 60-minute intense functional workout where you don’t just work out, but build endurance, strength, and reaction time. It has everything: team challenges that keep you going, energetic tracks, a pace that pumps you up, and results you’ll feel for sure.
