Birthday Boxing

To celebrate Smartass’s first birthday, we invite you to a special Birthday Boxing class led by two incredible trainers: Michał Senkyr , Anna Mazur! 

This is an active, functional training session suitable for all fitness levels.

 Part of the workout includes training with a punching bag – your trainer will show you simple punch combinations for a powerful cardio burn. Then you’ll move to a strength and sculpt section on the floor. These blocks alternate to activate your muscles more efficiently while delaying fatigue. You’ll work your arms, shoulders, abs, back, and legs.

45 minutes of training in a dark, music-filled room with incredible energy. Just you and your bag!

The session is perfect for all fitness levels.

And after the workout – it’s party time! Join us for a birthday afterparty with a DJ, tasty snacks, fun prize giveaways, and of course – a birthday cake!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

If this is your first time at a training session, you should definitely arrive 15 minutes before the start to get a briefing.
Be sure to bring a water bottle with you. In our dressing room you will be able to collect delicious filtered drinking water.
Don't be late! After the start of training, we do not let you into the gym. You can be injured if you don't stretch and warm up. And it would be unfair to disturb the atmosphere of the class set up by the coach.
We have free boxing gloves. You also need to have your own inner gloves or buy them at the reception.
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack to keep you energized and beat everyone in your workout.
In the changing room you can borrow a free small face towel.
During the workout, our trainers take stories so that you can be proud of yourself afterwards. Because if you didn’t take a photo or video at a workout, then consider that you weren’t there   😁

If you do not want the trainer to film or tag you in stories, please let him know in advance.
You can cancel registration for a class without losing it 6 hours before the start or earlier.

Caution: if training is canceled later than 6 hours before, it will not be returned to your balance.
Classes that start between 7 and 9 in the morning can be canceled without loss from the balance only until 22:00 of the previous day.
